When making a refund you have two options:

1. Receive back the full amount paid for the refunded item(s).

2. Receive the amount in your account to reinvest in a new item of your choice, paying the price difference if the new item turns out to be more expensive.

They are free for national shipments within the Peninsula over €175; for all other shipments, you can check the price here. or by entering the address when placing the order.

Domestic orders that do not include any pre-ordered items arrive within 72 business hours as long as you place your order before 12:00 noon. Otherwise, it will be counted from the following day . International orders arrive within 10-20 days , although we always try to keep these times shorter.

We don't have a physical Julise Magon store. You'll only find our complete collections on our website www.julisemagon.com. From our warehouse in Madrid, we ship your orders anywhere in the world . However, we do carry parts of our collections in three multi-brand physical stores in Madrid: Es Fascinante, Nonstandard, and Benoit (Aravaca).

We have prepared a size guide with body measurements so you can see what size you are.

When it leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with the tracking number that allows you to track your order. ( If you haven't received the email, it's probably in your spam folder. Please check it.)

We make small productions in workshops in Spain , primarily in Madrid. #madeinspain.

Please always refer to the washing instructions on the garment care labels . In general, for machine-washable garments, we recommend washing in cold water and using a short spin cycle . It's best not to use a dryer to prevent damage to the garment. If special care is required, this will also be indicated on the label.
