Shipping Policy

At Julise Magon, we work to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible and in the best possible condition. Below, we detail the delivery times, costs, and conditions of our shipments.

1. Delivery Times

• Domestic orders (mainland Spain):
  Orders that do not contain pre-order products and are placed before 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day and will arrive within approximately 72 business hours.
  If the order is placed after 12:00 p.m., the delivery time will begin the following business day.
  
  
• International orders:
  Delivery times range between 10 and 20 calendar days, although we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
  
  During periods of high demand (sales, special promotions, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be affected.

3. Order Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

4. Important Notes

• The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond Julise Magon's control, such as delays by the courier company, adverse weather conditions, or customs delays on international shipments.
• For international orders outside the EU, any import taxes and duties that may apply in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
• If your order includes a pre-order product, shipping will be made when all items are available.
