04. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within sixteen (16) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product (or the last of the Products, if several were included in the same order). Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases established by law — for example, if you wish to return a product that has been unsealed and for which hygiene or health protection reasons justify its rejection because it has been used. You will also be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

By exercising your right of withdrawal, the Contract will be rendered void without the need to justify your decision and without any penalty of any kind.

To withdraw from the Contract, you may do so through the “My Orders” section of our Website. By cancelling your order there, you are making an explicit and unequivocal declaration of your decision to withdraw from the Contract. The withdrawal option through that section is available as long as the Product has not yet received a Shipping Confirmation, or, after that point, when its delivery is recorded in the system. In other cases, you may communicate your intention to withdraw by sending an email to info@julisemagon.com, simply indicating your intention to do so. You may also use the model withdrawal form attached as an Annex to these Terms and Conditions.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for your communication concerning the exercise of this right to be sent before the expiry of the sixteen (16) calendar days from receipt of the Product.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal using one of the methods described above, you will be informed and provided with instructions on how to return the Product. If you choose to return it by any other means, you will bear the shipping costs. In any case, you must return the Product subject to withdrawal no later than sixteen (16) calendar days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw. Failure to meet this deadline will result in your request being cancelled.
